Lighting the Way: Pioneering the LED Revolution

After successfully leading the company until 2015, I transitioned into the electrical distribution industry, bringing with me the insights and experience gained from being at the forefront of the LED revolution. Today, I continue to build on that legacy, contributing to advancements in the broader field of electrical solutions.

By 2010, our pioneering efforts paid off. We became the first company in Texas to install LED lighting for major infrastructure and corporate clients, including the Harris County Toll Road Authority, British Petroleum, Exxon, Shell, and Chevron.

Our approach was simple but transformative: retrofit existing incandescent and traditional light fixtures with cutting-edge LED technology. This focus on improving energy efficiency quickly earned us a reputation as innovators in the field. As demand grew, we made the strategic decision to move our manufacturing operations to China in 2009, competing with global leaders like GE and Philips. This move allowed us to stay ahead in the rapidly advancing LED market and offer competitive, high-quality products to our clients.

In 2008, I founded a company dedicated to revolutionizing the lighting industry with the emerging technology of LEDs (light-emitting diodes). At a time when traditional incandescent and fluorescent lighting dominated the market, LEDs offered an incredible 80% increase in energy efficiency, a promise I was determined to bring to life.

The Volt Collective was born out of years of experience, marked by both significant successes and hard-learned lessons. With this understanding, I realized my extensive experience was the ideal conduit for connecting people and businesses, driving them toward successful deal execution. While I might not know every detail, I excel at assembling effective teams that lead to victory.
